All product packaging, certificates of authenticity, and other documentation must be included.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>How to Return<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Contact customer service (<a href=\"mailto:support@globberme.com\">support@globberme.com<\/a>) within 7 days to obtain a return authorization, providing your order number and reason for return.<\/p>\r\n<p>Return the item securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.<\/p>\r\n<p>Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed within 30 business days.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>Refunds: <\/strong>If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
