For e-scooters, the battery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h2><strong>Warranty Exclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, modification, wear and tear, or shipping. Wear and tear items, including but not limited to scooter wheels, handlebar grips, T-bar clamps, headset bearings, and 2-wheel scooter rear brakes, are not covered.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h2><strong>How to Qualify for Warranty<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>The product must be within the 2-year warranty period (1 year for e-scooter batteries).<\/li>\n<li>You must provide at least two photos: one of the damaged parts and one of the entire scooter.<\/li>\n<li>The defect cannot be due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or shipping damages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h2><strong>How to Request a Warranty<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact <a href=\"mailto:support@globberme.com\">support@globberme.com<\/a> with your name, address, phone number, and email.<\/li>\n<li>Provide 2 photos of the product and a brief description of the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h2><strong>A<\/strong><strong>pproved &amp; Not Approved Claims<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Our Q\/A Team will assess each case, and you will receive a follow-up email with the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approved Warranty Claims: It will be repaired or replaced at Kid Land's discretion at no cost.
