Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on orders over HK$650 to all locations in Hong Kong.

For orders below HK$650, we will arrange delivery by SF Express or Self-pick at SF stores or EF Lockers. Delivery fee will be paid by customers upon delivery, including remote area surcharge if applicable.

Most orders require 2-5 working days for processing and dispatch.

Important Note

When order failed to deliver during the first attempt, we will contact you via email or phone.  If this fails then the goods will be returned to us. Additional charge may apply for redelivery.
