Exchange and Return

• Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you need to exchange or return, please send us an email at info@planetb.hk with proof of purchase from https://www.globber.com/hk/en/
• To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• If your exchange is approved,  you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay the difference. 
• If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.
• Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
• Shipping fees and other charges are non-refundable.

*Applicants will be responsible for all delivery fees and surcharges during the process of exchange or return.
