Refund and Returns Policy

The item arrived damaged or missing items

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing items, we will gladly replace the damaged or missing parts to you.
  • Should we require the goods returned, we will offer a return solution.
  • All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
  • Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us at info-au@globber.com, before sending the item back. We will assess the parts required from the photographs supplied.
  • Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.
  • We will either repair or replace the product for you, or if stocks are exhausted, offer a similar product as a replacement

Change of Mind Returns

  • Consumers are not entitled to a refund under the ACCC consumer guarantees if they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, the product did not fit, they found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it.  This is highly applicable to HELMET purchases so PLEASE ensure you measure your child’s head as per instruction and choose the correct size.
  • All claims for a refund for a change of mind return must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. You are required to email info-au@globber.com quoting your Invoice number and the items you wish to return. You will be advised via return email the address for the item to be sent.
  • Note, original shipping rates will not be refundable, only the product cost.  Furthermore, if your order has been dispatched, delivery attempt has failed as you were not home to take delivery and the order is now awaiting collection at a local post office – if you then instruct “Return to sender” – this will also be regarded as a change of mind return and the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund. 
  • The goods must be sent back to the nominated address and be in their brand new, undamaged condition, and in undamaged packing, to allow to be resold. It is your responsibility to ensure the item/s are packed securely to avoid possible damage from shipping. If these criteria are not met, you may forfeit your refund.
  • Your refund will be processed back on the original payment method.
