Warranty Policy

All products are covered under Australian warranty for hardware failure, usually between 12 and 24 months from date of purchase.  E-scooter batteries are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase (credit card receipt is fine) and provide at least two photos of your scooter, one of the damaged part and one of the complete scooter.   Damage due to misuse, abuse, prolonged sun exposure, modification, and regular wear and tear is excluded. Warranty does not cover wheels or bearings, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or other damage of parts that is a result of normal use.   Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, at no cost to the customer.  Globber Australia reserves the right to deny any warranty claim and will never issue credit or a cash refund.

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product descriptions, pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Globber Australia and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Globber Australia believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Globber Australia and its affiliates.

Globber Australia shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Globber has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Globber Australia without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Safeguard Your Username/Password

You are responsible for any actions that take place while using your Globber Australia account. Keep your username/password secure, and do not allow anyone else to use your username/password to access your Globber Australia account. We are not responsible for any loss that results from the unauthorized use of your username/password, with or without your knowledge. You agree to notify Globber Australia immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.

Termination

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your account, delete your profile and any of your User Generated Content, and restrict your use of all or any part of the Platforms for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else.
